Privacy Policy
Coverty ("we," "us," "our") is an online retailer operated by UAB Revcomas. We respect your privacy. Our sales partners handle order fulfillment and delivery, and we work almost entirely with sales data that does not identify individual customers. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we keep it safe, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Our products are sold and delivered through third-party sales platforms, which ship orders and handle payments themselves. From these platforms we receive business and sales data:
- order numbers, dates, products, quantities, prices, fees, refunds and returns;
- inventory and stock levels;
- general location of orders, such as state or postal code, without names or street addresses;
- aggregated, anonymized reports on customer trends provided by the platform.
We do not request or receive customer names, street addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or payment information. If you contact us directly by email, we receive your message and the details you choose to include.
2. How we use information
We use this data for business analytics:
- tracking sales, revenue, returns and product performance;
- planning inventory and preventing stock-outs;
- understanding demand by region and over time, at an aggregate level;
- meeting tax, accounting and legal obligations.
Our analysis is aggregated and never used to identify, profile or contact individual customers. We do not use sales-platform data to send marketing to customers. If you email us, we use your message only to respond.
3. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade any information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We disclose data only to:
- Service providers that host and process data for us under written contracts, such as cloud infrastructure and data-integration providers. They may use it only on our instructions;
- Professional advisers and authorities, where required for accounting or tax, or by law.
4. Storage and security
Sales data is transferred from our sales channels into a secure cloud data warehouse through an automated pipeline. We protect it with:
- encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256);
- access limited to staff who need it, with individual accounts and multi-factor authentication;
- access logging and periodic access reviews;
- credentials kept in secured storage and never shared or written into code;
- a policy against storing business data on personal devices, removable media or unmanaged files.
We keep an incident response plan. If a security incident affects data we hold, we act immediately to contain it and notify our sales platform partners, any affected individuals and authorities as required by law and by our contracts, normally within 24 hours of detection.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as necessary:
- Sales and inventory data is kept for as long as needed for analytics and as required by tax and accounting laws.
- Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
- If personal information ever reaches our systems unintentionally, we delete it as soon as we find it.
Data we no longer need is securely deleted from our systems and backups.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share it;
- appeal our decision on your request;
- exercise these rights without being treated differently.
To make a request, email privacy@revcomas.com. We respond within 45 days. Because we don't receive customers' names or contact details from sales platforms, in most cases we hold no information that identifies you. Your account and order details are managed by the platform you bought from.
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security purposes, and these are deleted within 30 days.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International processing
We and our service providers may process information in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Wherever it is processed, it is protected as described in this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
